3. How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe that your jumpsuit contains a manufacturing defect, please contact Solaenique customer support within the applicable 30-day warranty period.
To help us review your claim efficiently, please provide:
-
Your full name.
-
Your order number.
-
The name or description of the affected jumpsuit.
-
A clear explanation of the problem.
-
Photographs showing the complete product.
-
Close-up photographs or videos clearly showing the affected area.
-
A photograph of the product label where reasonably requested.
-
Any additional information reasonably required by our customer support team.
Warranty claims may be delayed if the information, photographs, or videos provided are incomplete, unclear, or do not adequately show the reported issue.
Please contact us at contact@solaenique.com to submit your warranty claim.
4. Warranty Review and Available Solutions
After reviewing your warranty claim, Solaenique may offer one of the following solutions depending on the nature of the defect, the available evidence, product availability, and applicable law:
-
A replacement product.
-
A partial refund.
-
A full refund.
-
Store credit for a future purchase.
-
A repair where suitable and reasonably available.
-
A replacement component where appropriate, such as a belt, strap, button, or tie.
-
Another fair and appropriate solution based on the circumstances.
The final solution will be determined after the warranty claim and supporting evidence have been carefully assessed.
Where a replacement is approved but the original style, size, colour, or pattern is unavailable, Solaenique may offer an alternative product of similar value, store credit, or a refund.
Any replacement product supplied under this warranty may be subject to the remaining portion of the original warranty period or any additional period required by applicable law.
5. Warranty Assessment Time
Warranty claims are generally reviewed within 3–5 business days after all required information, photographs, videos, and supporting details have been received.
More complex cases may require additional review time, particularly where further information, inspection, supplier confirmation, manufacturing verification, or shipping-provider information is required.
Once a decision has been made, Solaenique will send the outcome and any relevant instructions to the email address associated with your order.
Any refund approved under this warranty will normally be returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
6. Warranty Conditions
This warranty is available only to the original purchaser and applies exclusively to eligible women’s jumpsuits purchased directly through the official Solaenique website.
Valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, receipt, or order number, may be required before a warranty claim can be processed.
The warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to products purchased through unauthorised sellers, resale platforms, second-hand sellers, or third-party marketplaces.
Solaenique may request that the affected product be returned for inspection before approving a replacement, refund, repair, or store credit.
Please do not return a product unless you have first received written return instructions from our customer support team.
Products returned without prior instructions may be delayed, refused, or returned to the sender.
Where a return is required because of a confirmed manufacturing defect, Solaenique may cover reasonable return shipping costs where required by applicable law or where agreed by our customer support team.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this commercial warranty is limited to the solutions described in this policy and does not cover indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.
7. Product Care Recommendations
To help preserve the comfort, colour, fit, fabric quality, and overall appearance of your Solaenique jumpsuits, we recommend following these care practices:
-
Always read and follow the care label attached to the garment.
-
Wash jumpsuits with similar colours using cold or lukewarm water.
-
Use a mild detergent suitable for the garment’s fabric.
-
Use a gentle machine cycle or hand wash delicate jumpsuits.
-
Place delicate, embroidered, printed, or embellished jumpsuits in a protective laundry bag before machine washing.
-
Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals, strong stain removers, and fabric treatments that may damage delicate materials.
-
Do not wring, twist, scrub, or overstretch delicate fabrics.
-
Fasten buttons, zippers, hooks, clasps, and ties before washing where appropriate.
-
Wash belts, detachable straps, or removable accessories carefully and separately where necessary.
-
Air dry whenever possible.
-
Use a low-heat tumble-dry setting only when permitted by the care label.
-
Avoid excessive heat, as it may damage elastic waistbands, trims, and printed fabrics.
-
Iron or steam only at the temperature recommended for the specific fabric.
-
Iron printed or embellished garments inside out where appropriate.
-
Store jumpsuits in a clean, cool, and dry place.
-
Fold or hang jumpsuits appropriately to help maintain their shape.
-
Keep jumpsuits away from sharp jewellery, rough surfaces, Velcro, and objects that may pull or snag the fabric.
8. Hygiene and Inspection
For hygiene reasons, customers should try on jumpsuits over clean undergarments and avoid removing protective seals, hygiene strips, labels, or tags until they are satisfied with the product.
A hygiene-related restriction does not automatically remove your legal rights where a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise not in conformity with the purchase agreement.
Any hygiene-related return restriction will only be applied where legally permitted and where the relevant product conditions have been clearly communicated.
9. Statutory Consumer Rights
This 30-day quality assurance warranty is a voluntary commercial warranty provided by Solaenique.
It does not exclude, restrict, replace, or reduce any mandatory consumer rights available under Italian or European Union law.
Customers may have additional legal remedies where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or not in conformity with the purchase agreement.
Mandatory legal protections may continue beyond the 30-day commercial warranty period.
If any provision of this Warranty Policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the applicable legal requirement will take priority.
10. Changes to This Warranty Policy
Solaenique may update this Warranty Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our products, business procedures, customer service practices, or legal requirements.
The latest version will be published on this page and will become effective when posted unless another effective date is stated.
The warranty terms applicable to an eligible purchase will generally be those available when the order was placed, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
